September is Suicide Prevention Month. It is a time to raise awareness and discuss how we can work collaboratively to find solutions to ensure that people at risk feel supported and connected, strive to shift public perception on this often stigmatized topic, spread hope and vital information to people, and ensure that individuals, friends and families have access to the resources they need to discuss their struggles and plan out a path to wellness. Learn more about the many paths to wellness that are available to you here.
