The crisis and access line has professionally trained call-takers who will offer support and solutions to best assist you 24/7/365.

New Mexico residents who want to talk to or text with someone about mental or behavioral health, substance use, recovery, or resiliency. All calls and texts are free and confidential.

When Is It Available?

For phone calls: 7:00am-11:30pm MT, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

For texts: 6:00pm-11:00pm MT, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (standard text rates may apply)

A professional peer support with lived experience who is specially trained to provide non-crisis support.

Healthcare workers and first responders who reside in New Mexico and are in need of emotional, mental and behavioral health support. All calls are free and confidential.
