How Your Data is Stored
We use hosting services, Google Analytics, and other third party companies for data storage. This is standard practices for online businesses.
How We Ensure the Security of Your Information
How long we retain your data
If you complete a request for materials through our Google Form on the nmcrisisline.com website, the information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can track request data and patterns and plan our material inventory accurately from year to year. Only administrators have access to that information solely for distribution and inventory purposes.
What rights you have over your data
If you have ever requested materials, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you via our distribution vendor, including any data you have provided for your order. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
