MHFA Top 100 Instructor

The New Mexico Crisis and Access Line’s Program Manager, Wendy Linebrink-Allison, was recognized as a Top 100 Instructor for Mental Health First Aid at the National Council for Behavioral Health’s NatCon18 Conference and Mental Health First Aid Instructor Summit.

Wendy joined hundreds of Mental Health First Aid Instructors from across the country for a day of inspiration, education and IMPACT at the annual  Summit where she connected with both new and seasoned Instructors, learned from leading experts in the field and got energized to take her Mental Health First Aid initiative to the next level!

As one of more than 13,000 certified MHFA instructors in the US, Wendy has held more than 60 trainings in New Mexico. The trainings are an 8-hour course that teaches how to help someone who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. The training helps identify, understand and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses, and aims to make Mental Health First Aid as common as CPR.

Congratulations, Wendy!
